The legacy of NASA Astronaut Dr. Ronald E. McNair endures with the lessons shared by his brother Carl McNair who spoke Monday to students at Chester Park Center of Literacy through Technology. For more than an hour, McNair, founder and president of the Dr. Ronald E. McNair Foundation, regaled fourth and fifth grade students during a morning assembly with engaging banter, a video of his brother and hands-on demonstrations. Throughout his speech, McNair encouraged the Chester Park elementary students to succeed in all their future endeavors.
